How to get the best from my card deck

Thanks for using the Calmony card deck, here’s a bit more information to help you get the best out of these cards.

Created to go alongside the book of the same name, it’s workbook companion and the ten step programme to support you to live a more present, connected, and purposeful life.

This card deck is designed to give you moments of inspiration and practical advice and guidance on this journey from chaos to calm.  To support you to live a life true to yourself and aligned to what really matters.  To allow yourself to slow down and notice the beauty that exists.  To appreciate all that you have and all that you are.  To offer some food for thought and simple, actionable strategies that’ll make a difference in your life.  

This deck contains 2 categories denoted by the two different colours.  The lighter cards are inspirational, designed to offer you food for thought and to be inspired.  The darker cards are more practical and the action cards.  These contain ideas and things you can do to help bring this to life for you and create change and transformation in your life.  Pick a card a day depending on how you’re feeling, or perhaps one from each category?  A great game to plat with friends and family or to use as journaling prompts when you’ve got some time by yourself.

Divided into inspiration and action across the 2 separate colours. Perhaps it’s a focus for the day or just a pick me up when you need to be inspired.  You can use this deck in a way that works for you, with your family and your team. Choose a light blue card when you need some inspiration and a dark blue card, more action oriented cards, when you’re looking for something practical to do. One of each every morning is a great way to start the day, set an intention and allow a refocus on the things that’ll cultivate calmony in your life.
